Direction of use

PROCESSING INFORMATION :

1) MODELLING :

  • Cover stump with stump lacquer before modeling.
  • The Form of the crown should correspond to the reduced tooth.
  • When modelling make sure not to create any sharp corners or edges.

2) PINNING :

  • If bar casting is not preferred and single crown pinning is used instead, the casting channel should have a diameter of 3 - 4 mm. The following casting channel dimensions should be maintained if the bar casting method is used -

CASTING CHANNEL FROM CONE

3 4 mm diameter

CASTING CHANNEL CROSSWIRE (BAR)

4 5 mm diameter

CONNECTION TO CROWNS

3 3.5 mm diameter and

5 8 mm in length.

3) INVESTMENT :

  • Any phosphate - bound investment compound for high-fusing alloys that are free of graphite can be used.
  • A sufficient muffle liningif necessary with several layers, is required for work with metal muffle rings.
  • Do not use it in cases of confirmed hypersensitivity to one or more of the metals in the alloy.
