Small and handy, compatible will all 2-hole turbine units. 360  rotation assures effective hidden tartar removal. It disperses evenly with no splashing. This product is designed especially to prevent backflow and blockage.
Air prophy is a proven ergonomic and easy to use air-driven dental air polishing lightweight unit. That makes routine cleaning and polishing procedures easier and more efficient than ever before. The air prophy is a compact bicarbonate-jet whitening system with a quick-fit connection to the turbine.

Direction to Use

Connect the nozzle to main unit and then to the airotor tubing
Fill the chamber with air polishing powder.
Keep the tip of the nozzle at a distance of 3-4 mm from the tooth surface  and never directly on gingival surface.
For proximal aspects of posterior teeth the tip should be at angle of 80 ,for occlusal aspect 90 , for facial and lingual aspect of anterior teeth 60 
The cleaning should be done in small circular motions
After polishing,the excess powder should be dumped,the chamber should be brushed off any excess powder and completely air dried.The tubings and holes should be cleaned with nozzle cleaner
The unit and nozzle can be autoclaved as per instructions.

Q. Can this be used to sandblast the internal surface of ceramic or zirconia crowns ? 
A. No,it is only indicated for micropolishing and removal of extrinsc stains off tooth surfaces.
Q. What does the air polishing powder consist of ?
A. The air polishing powder is sodium bicarbonate,which is a mild abrasive.
