Direction of use
Place the unit on an easily accessible side table with a smooth surface to avoid wobbling.
Fill the aluminum crucible with enclosed Glass beads up to 5mm from the rim.
Turn ON the light switch. Unit ready to use in approximately 10 minutes as indicated by
READY GREEN LIGHT however, we prefer that the unit be used after 30 minutes after
the initial time giving the unit the to stabilize to the required temperature.
Insert working ends of the instrument to be sterilized into Glass Bead crucibles ( see Time Chart Below) if desired instruments may be rinsed under running water and wiped dry before use in Glass Bead Sterilizer.
Leave Sterilizer ON all day if desired as the unit will maintain constant sterilization temperature.
NOTE: The instrument can be sterilized even when the Heating Light is ON (after the initial heat-up time of minutes)
When the unit is no longer in use switch it off and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
